The lodge is fully equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. We offer five Luxury Lodge's, rondavels with four-poster, king-sized beds. These lodges have both an outdoor shower and an indoor bathroom with a bath. They are fully equipped with fans for the hot summer nights, and blankets for the winter. Each lodge has complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, and outdoor furniture to sit and admire the view. Our spacious family room has a king-sized bed and two single beds making it a perfect choice for those with children. It is separate from the other accommodation providing you with privacy and the space to relax. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the room is fully equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. Our secluded campsite offers 2 shaded campsite and space for campers, or those with small caravans. With stunning views, it is located close to both the swimming pool and the braai area, with showering facilities and electricity points in close proximity. Campers have access to a communal kitchen and are welcome to book meals in our restaurant. Things to Do, With 150 different species of birds and more than 30 types of butterflies, Wellvale River Resort is a nature-lover’s paradise. You can take one of the many walks along the river bank and through the local area, bird watch from the comfort of the garden, relax beside the swimming pool or go mountain biking across the hilly terrain. From the N2 take exit Stanger. ( R 74 Greytown )
6 km outside Stanger you go left to Fawsley Park.
Follow this road for 5 km you hit a T – junction end go right, this is the D 415.
There is a small school on your right hand and a white painted stone with an arrow on it pointed to the right.
Follow this road for 7,8 km exactly ( a small tip put your day km meter on 0).
After 2.6 km you pass a white tractor tire on your right hand.
5.9 km a bend to the left with a exit to the right, keep left here is also a white painted rock with a arrow on it.
7.8 km entrance gate of Wellvale guest lodge.
Wellvale Route from Durban..
From the n2 after the Mvoti tollgate take exit Grouteville, go left to Grouteville and following the sings to Grouteville and Stanger.
Just outside Grouteville on the R102 you get on your left hand site exit Fawsley park, take this exit.
This is a dirt road; you stay on this road till the lodge for 13.8 km (a small tip put your day km meter on 0).
4.5 km you pass a trading shop on your left hand.
5.4 km you pass a T-junction keep right here, there is a white painted stone with a arrow on it.
6 km you pass a T-junction keep left here on your right hand is a school on the corner, and a white painted stone with a arrow on it.
8.6 km you pass a white tractor tire on your right hand.
11.9 km a bend to the left with a exit to the right, keep left here is also a white painted rock with a arrow on it.
