 The celebrated international Chef Guy Gorrie personally selects the finest local ingredients, creating unimagined delights that encompass the big five of gastronomy – taste, aroma, texture, succulence and presentation.

Guy and his team are constantly focusing on local and international market trends and the menus are regularly updated. Diners will be treated to a variety of options including starter and main portion choices on most items along with a blend of old favorites and deliciously innovative new ideas.

Setting the scene early in 2009 will be the launch of Guy’s new Exploration of the Ocean, where health conscious diners and seafood enthusiasts will be treated to excellent choice of delicately prepared delights from the sea

Dine a la carte at the elegantly contemporary Gigi’s Restaurant , in the intimacy of your finest hotel accommodation suite in Ballito or enjoy light lunches in the pool courtyard or outdoor terrace areas.

For the very discerning diner Guy now has a specially designed and decorated chef’s table dining room in the kitchen. Seating six, patrons may now observe the culinary process through glass windows and receive welcome education from the preparation team. Tasting menus will be served with or without wine from a variety of optional choices.

Our best kept secret is the table in our charming wine cellar where sought after South African wines can be enjoyed by the bottle or the glass.  With the latest in audiovisual telecommunication and video-conferencing technology, the Izulu Conference Centre is the ideal setting for today’s business forum. We have a Banqueting Hall to seat up to one hundred and fifty, plus board-room/U-shape/Cinema/Classroom style conferencing facilities for a range of smaller groups.

Full day conferencing is R350 per delegate, with half days costing R260. These rates include the use of our standard conferencing equipment plus your coffees/teas/cordials, arrival, mid-morning, mid afternoon eats, three course plated or buffet lunches. Conference pads, mints and pencils are of course provided.

Fully inclusive rates are R 1460 single & R1310 sharing. These rates are valid to 30 Novem,ber 2009. The Executive Suites have lounge areas which may also host breakout meetings. Further informal breakout areas are available in and around the main hotel.

The Royal Suite is offered for the more luxurious executive meetings. This suite may accommodate up to ten delegates. The flat screen television is perfect for presentations while delegates enjoy the comforts of their private lounge. The bar may even be stocked and serviced for after hour drinks.
